Alesha Dixon is an English MC, singer/songwriter and television personality.
Mis-Teeq announced in 2005 they were splitting to pursue solo careers and Alesha released her first solo single, Lipstick, in 2006. Alesha has since released another single and released her first record, Fired Up, in Japan and Asia.
Alesha's career took off when she became a part of the popular UK garage/R&B group Mis-Teeq. They released
three studio albums, the first one, Lickin' on Both Sides, was their most successful album becoming double platinum.
Mis-Teeq announced in 2005 they were splitting to pursue solo careers and Alesha released her first solo single, Lipstick, in 2006. Alesha has since released another single and released her first record, Fired Up, in Japan and Asia.
Alesha Dixon was used to star in the music video by N*E*R*D for their single, She Wants to Move. Alesha also won the 2007 series of the popular TV series, Strictly Come Dancing.
Alesha Dixon married MC Harvey from So Solid Crew in 2005 after being together since for five years. A year later the couple divorced due to Harvey's affair with Javine Hylton, a friend of Alesha's.
