Anna Nicole Smith's career took off after she was chosen by Hugh Hefner to appear on the March 1992 issue of Playboy, and was then chosen as the 1993 Playmate of the year. Anna Nicole smith then went on to model for companies like Guess jeans and H&M.
Anna Nicole Smith also had her own reality TV series, The Anna Nicole Show.
Anna Nicole Smith famously married oil billionaire J. Howard Marshall 63 years her senior, in 1994. Thirteen months in the marriage J. Howard Marshall died and a great deal of gossip came about that Anna Nicole Smith only married him for his money.
On February 8th 2007 Anna Nicole Smith was found unresponsive in her hotel room. After her death various different legal battles started including regarding the will, the paternity of her daughter and her final resting place. The official autopsy report states that her death was not considered to be due to homicide, suicide, or natural causes but an accidental drug overdose.
