Dawn French debuted onto our screens in The Comic Strip alongside Jennifer Saunders.
Dawn's biggest solo role was in the television comedy series, The Vicar of Dibley. She has also starred in movies like, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.
Since this Dawn has become a well-known comedian by her own right as well as a double-act with Jennifer, and they have had their own successful comedy series, French & Saunders.

Dawn French married her comedian husband Lenny Henry back in 1984 and they have an adopted daughter, Billie together.
It has been reported that Dawn French will be releasing her autobiography sometime in 2008.
