Delta Goodrem is an Australian singer/songwriter, musician and actor. She started by having a record deal at the young age of 13 and producing an album called, Delta, however the album has yet to surface and her debut single, I Don't Care, only reached number sixty-four in the singles chart in 2001.
Delta Goodrem's first record, Innocent Eyes, debuted at number one in the ARIA album charts and was there for 25 consecutive weeks, becoming the highest selling album in Australia of 2003.
In 2002 Delta Goodrem appeared on our screens in the popular soap, Neighbours, as Nina Tucker which helped re-launch her music career.

Delta has since released another two studio albums, Mistaken Identity, which was certified five times Platinum and Delta, which was certified three times platinum. Both of which reached number one in the Australian charts.
Delta Goodrem has won numerous awards including a World Music Award for Highest Selling Australian Artist in 2005.
At the age of 18 in 2003, Delta Goodrem was diagnosed with a form of cancer and she was forced to put all work commitments on hold whilst being treated.
Delta has been linked with co-star in neighbours, Blair McDonough and Australian 10nis player Mark Philippoussis. Delta Goodrem has now been seeing former Westlife singer, Brian McFadden since 2004 and they are engaged.
