Fiona Phillips is an English journalist, broadcaster and television presenter. She is greatest known for presenting the breakfast show, GMTV.
In 1993 Fiona moved to GMTV and started as an entertainment correspondant. In 1995 Fiona was nominated for the RTS Interview of the Year Award and then in 1997 Fiona became one of the main presenters on the show.
Fiona started her career working for local radio stations as a reporter. Fiona later moved to television to become a reporter, creater, editor and a presenter for Sky News entertainment.
In 1993 Fiona moved to GMTV and started as an entertainment correspondant. In 1995 Fiona was nominated for the RTS Interview of the Year Award and then in 1997 Fiona became one of the main presenters on the show.
Fiona has also presented on various different other shows and writes an opinion column for The Daily Mirror on Saturdays.
In 2005 Fiona Philips took part in the television programme, Strictly Come Dancing, with dancer Brendan Cole and mainly received low scores however managed to stay in until the fourth week due to their popularity.
Fiona also currenlty presents a show on Smooth Radio on Sunday's and in 2007 won an award for Sexiest Femal Vegetarian Celebrity.
Fiona is married to Martin Frizzell and they have two sons together, Nathaniel and Mackenzie.
