Gary Barlow

Gary Barlow is an English singer, songwriter and creater. He is greatest known for being a part of the successful boy group Take That along with, Jason Orange, Mark Owen, Howard Donald and ex-member Robbie Williams.
Gary Barlow's record company soon dropped him after the release of his second album for no apparent reason and the media started to stir controversy between him and former group mate Robbie Williams. This led to Gary quitting his career as a singer and concentrating more on song writing.
Whilst with Take That Gary Barlow and the other members released four albums until they split in 1996. Gary Barlow then decided to go solo. His first solo single, Forever Love, went straight to number one in the UK, as did his debut solo album, Open Road.

In 2006 a television documentary was made about Take That which led to them re-forming (without Robbie Williams). They're first single in around 10 years reached number one, Patience and was voted The Record of The Year. There album also reached number one and they had a sell-out tour.
Gary Barlow was the most successful songwriters in the nineties and had around 16 hit singles, and became a four time winner of the Ivor Novello Award.
Gary Barlow has been married to Dawn Andrews since 2000 and they have two children together, Daniel and Emily.
