Heather Mills

About:
While Heather was 19, she took part in a photo shoot for a sexual advice manual. There is some controversy as to whether this book was porn as no words accompany the pictures. It has been suggested that she was an international prostitute, but this has been denied several times.
After being hit by a police motorcycle in 1993, Heather suffered from crushed ribs and a punctured lung. She needed a metal plated in her pelvis and had her left leg amputated below the knee. She now has a prosthetic leg and likes to take it off and show it to people. Heather managed to arrange for spare prostheses to be sent to the former Yugoslavia.
Mills saw the Civil War develop when she moved to the former Yugoslavia in 1990. She modelled to raise awareness and raise funds for the refugees.

Heather is an activist for several causes and is a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations Association. She went to Canada to stop the annual seal hunt and is campaigning against the use of dog fur.
