Jeremy Beadle

About:
Jeremy Beadle started his career through the radio; he then went on to appearing in television. He became the presenter of, Game for a Laugh.
In the 90's Jeremy went on to present, You've Been Framed, which was also very successful, and he managed to hit the UK Number One ratings slot four times.
He later became most well-known for, Beadle's About, and became a house-hold name as people would often watch him on their Saturday Nights. Beadle's About has since become the world's longest continuously-running hidden camera show and was extremely successful.

In 2001 Jeremy Beadle was awarded with an OBE due to his charity work. It is estimated Jeremy raised over GBP100 million for charities.
In 2004 however Jeremy was diagnosed with cancer of the kidney which was successfully treated. A year later he was then diagnosed with Leukaemia which was also successfully treated. However Jeremy sadly died on 30th January 2008 due to pneumonia.
