Mel Gibson is an American/Australian actor, director, creater and screenwriter.
Mel Gibson has gone on to star in various different well received movies like, Lethal Weapon, The Bounty, and Hamlet. Mel also received a Golden Globe Award and five Academy Awards for his role and directing of the hit film, Braveheart.
Mel Gibson's breakthrough was when he played the lead male role in Mad Max. The film was very successful and was awarded four Australian Film Institute Awards back in 1979.
