Pete Wentz is the bassist and back-up vocalist for the group Fall Out Boy.
As well as being a part of Fall Out Boy Pete Wentz also helps the group he signed to his record label in 2005, Panic at the Disco.
Fall Out Boy became commercially successful after the single, Sugar, We?re Goin Down, reached number eight on the Billboard Hot 100. Pete had wrote the lyrics to this single with his dad.

Pete Wentz has also written a book, The Boy With a Thorn In His Side, which is a story based on nightmares he had has a child.
In 2005 Pete Wentz was taken to hospital after a suspected suicide attempt.
