Robbie?s first break was with Take That, formed in 1990 they had a string of hits. However, Robbie did not fit in the group and left in 1995.
Later, Robbie followed with several best-selling singles and albums. His most recent album, ?Intensive Care? is very different to his previous albums and reached the number one spot in the UK and many other countries.
In 1996 he launched a solo career with his first album ?Life Thru a Lens.? Robbies fifth release form that album ?Angels? was hugely successful and put his album at number one, a whopping 28 weeks after it had been released.
Later, Robbie followed with several best-selling singles and albums. His most recent album, ?Intensive Care? is very different to his previous albums and reached the number one spot in the UK and many other countries.
He released a biography ?Feel? which included events leading up to and including his summer tour in 2003. Robbie performed to over 375, 000 people over three nights, which is now known as the biggest UK rock concert ever. More than 3.5 million people also watched the show live on TV and the internet.
He received the greatest song award from the British Music Industry for his single ?Angels.? At Live 8, he managed to grab the crowds energy like Freddie Mercury did many years ago.
Robbie has received many awards over the years including Best Male Performer at the MTV Europe Music Awards and he set a world record for selling over 1.6 million tickets in one day for his 2006 world tour.
Williams likes to think of himself as a ?smooth womaniser?; but at the moment he remains single.
He likes to pose nude for photos and even thinks of himself as a naturalist/nudist.
