Thandie Newton is a British actor. Her debut film was, Flirting, in 1991 which also helped launch Nicole Kidman's career.
Thandie Newton has been nominated for and won numerous awards including winning Best Supporting Actress in the film, Crash, at the 2006 BAFTA Awards. Thandie also won a Screen Actors Guild for Outstanding Cast in a Motion Picture Award in 2006.
Thandie Newton has since starred in over 20 movies, including, Mission: Impossible II, Crash, and Run, Fat Boy, Run. Thandie also played Makemba Likasu in the popular television series, ER, between 2003 and 2005.
