Woody Allen is an American film director, writer, musician and comedian.
Woody Allen?s first film production he wrote the screenplay for was, What's New, Pussycat? in 1965. Then in 1966 he directed, What's Up, Tiger Lily?
Woody Allen?s career started by writing scripts for TV seriess like, The Tonight Show. He later went on to stand-up comedy in the sixties and soon became a successful comedian.

Woody Allen has gone on to write for over 60 productions, direct over 40, and feature in over 40. He has also received numerous amounts of awards including having won 3 Oscars, 6 BAFTA Awards, one Golden Globe Award and a Lifetime Achievement Award from Directors Guild of America. He even has a life-size statue of himself in the city of Oviedo in Spain.
Woody Allen has been married twice, and was in a 12-year long relationship with actor Mia Farrow. He then however split up with Mia Farrow and married her adopted daughter Soon-Yi Previn, who at the time was 22 and Woody was 56.
